For me, skincare has never been separate from the person living within the skin.

Growing up in Slovakia, I was surrounded by a deep appreciation for natural remedies, beauty rituals, and whole-person care — an early influence that continues to shape my philosophy today.

After training in advanced esthetics in New York City and Boston, I spent nearly two decades building a private skincare practice in New York, where I developed a deeply personalized approach blending advanced skincare, restorative touch, and nervous-system-informed care.

Over time, I began noticing how profoundly stress, exhaustion, inflammation, hormonal shifts, grief, and nervous system overload often appeared within the skin itself — showing up as sensitivity, reactivity, dullness, barrier weakness, and visible fatigue.

That understanding became the foundation of my work.

Today, my treatments are guided by the NeuroRegenerative Skin Method™ — a clinically grounded, touch-informed approach that supports nervous system regulation, barrier resilience, and visible skin restoration.

Originally from Slovakia and shaped by years of private practice in New York City before relocating to Colorado, I bring a deeply European appreciation for ritual, refinement, beauty, and restorative care into every treatment.
